History of development :

Unfortunately, because of funding and the same time with technical problems, failed to carry out. It hoped that the Government will give students support in Internet service and contact the Education Department at that time. I thought that the concept of online reading was new, and failed to meet the environment at that time, forced to shelve.

2009.05 find a friend, produced small amount of basic and simple web pages, registered in the web hosting company, for people to browse.

2009.06 and then find another website with web page production company. Due to technical problems, failed to develop successfully. The invention of the Tablet, e-book and smart phones, I thought as long as there was network, any Internet device could be used for online reading, no additional equipment, no need to download and access to Internet tools storage Space, reducing the risk of downloading computer viruses due to download. And then wait for development opportunities.

2011.03 met a new friend, he claimed that he is a programmer, I told him the dream. He promised that he should be able to complete the project within a month, I think it was technical problems too, he was busy as a reason, the project delayed for over half year, It will not be.

2011.11 could not bear. Do it by myself instead of to ask someone's assistance, so apply for a Computer Professional Training College attended evening course, covering wide range of contents. Started from zero, learnt not only web page development, but also write codes behind the establishment of hardware. The course was completed at 2015.11. and received the support of the Government Continuing Education Fund. Over the years to adhere to, learning, holding the faith, with knowledge, thinking, troubleshooting, constantly strict debugging, improvement, and finally in 2017.01, reading site can be officially operational. In parallel with the times, I had continued my research and development and put in different resources.

2018.01. The website has been successfully established and is capable of providing online teaching, including static reading, dynamic teaching, assignments, and examination assessment. For aspiring learners, learn online, anytime, anywhere, and achieve lifelong learning goals.
